1. Company Details
Green Plumbing and Heating Ltd is a heating, plumbing and air conditioning company based around Rayleigh and covering the whole of Essex. For enquiries, contact j.gph@outlook.com or call 07535 674043.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. If site conditions differ from those described, we reserve the right to revise the price before work begins.
- Quoted prices are inclusive of any tax that applies at the time of quoting. Where tax is charged separately, we will say so on the quote.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Work is scheduled once a quote is accepted and a convenient time agreed.
- Where you are a consumer and we agreed the work in your home or at a distance, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing it, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin work inside that period, you may be charged for the work already carried out.
- Outside that right, please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a call-out charge to cover travel and reserved time.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances outside our control, with as much notice as possible.
4. Workmanship
- All installations are carried out to a professional standard in line with relevant industry guidelines.
- Our work is carried out by engineers holding the registrations listed on this site, and we can provide our certification details on request.
- If you think something we have installed is not right, tell us and we will come back and look at it. Manufacturer warranties on equipment we supply are registered in your name and run for the period that the manufacturer offers.
5. Equipment and Materials
- Equipment and materials remain the property of Green Plumbing and Heating Ltd until payment is received in full.
- We recommend equipment suited to your property and budget, but are not responsible for the performance of third-party manufacturers beyond the terms of their own warranties.
6. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods are confirmed on your quote.
- Late payment may result in suspension of any ongoing support or maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from equipment failure.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for information purposes. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
